[Opensvcdecoder-support] SVC decoder standalone and reference videos

For me it seems a sampling problem or any misconfiguration between sdl and the code.The bits per pixel are badly interpreted and so the video info is concentrated in the upper side of the display while the rest is green.I would really appreciate some hints in the matter.System is Ubuntu 10.04 and libsdl1.2Thanks,Alberto
