[Opensvcdecoder-support] JSVM config parameters

Hi, 

I would like to encode a SVC video with JSVM encoder that works with
OpenSVC decoder. 
I am not able to encode a video that allows me to change the spatial
layer in Mplayer. 
I read that spatial layer changes occur only on IDR pictures. 
Someone could send me a sample configuration file for JSVM encoder ?
