[Opensvcdecoder-support] Asking about open source SVC encoder

Hello,

First of all, I appreciate many researchers' great endeavors on SVC decoder.
I could conduct many researches with it.
BTW, I am finding real-time SVC encoder now.

Though there are some commercial DSP-based SVC encoders, I couldn't find any
open RT-SVC encoder.
Some institutes developed it some years ago, but they were not opened to
public.

Thus, it would be highly appreciated if you give me any meaningful
information about the SW-based open real-time SVC encoder.
