[Opensvcdecoder-support] part of bitstream is not decoded and displayed in pc.c?

Hi, Guys,

When I was using Libs\SVC\build\PC.c to decode test sequence  SVCBCT-1, 286
frames of 300 frames are displayed(I count the number of calls to
SDL_Display() ).
What should I do if I would like to decode and display all the frames?
