Hi Médéric,

I downloaded src_1.10, I compiled the build, i.e., SVC.sln file.
I got the exe file now.

I tried to run in this way i.e., Visual studio command prompt,

D:\src_1.10\Libs\SVC\bin>SVC_decoder_v9.exe -h264 video_1.264

Is this the way to run the exe?
I am attaching the sdl I am using.

I'm sorry to answer so lately.

The video you sent me, is working correctly on my computer.
It seems that the SDL version you are using is not correct.

Can you tell me which project you are trying to compile and under which
environment?
