[Opensvcdecoder-support] Used resolution

Hi all,

I have got a question regarding the used resolution.  Why are 32 pixels added to the width of the frames? I am trying to remove them from the
code so as to work with the original width but I'm having problems with the decoding. Is it possible to avoid the use of these extra 32 pixels in the code?
