Dear Shiyu, I would like further information about your work. First, which version of the libraries are you using? src_1.09 or the SVN code? Secondly, you are using video_3.mp4. I provide though the web site only the raw stream (*.264). How did you create the mp4 file? Can you send it to me? I have tried to decode video_3.mp4 (encapsulated with a mp4box version compatible with SVC standard), using TCPMP, and it's working correctly.
