[Opensubtitleed-devel] Emergency updates to the 090118 nightly

In case you haven't noticed, the nightly had to be updated twice in
emergency fashion as a regional settings-specific bug made the program
non-working on regions that use a decimal separator symbol other than ","
(comma).

Thus, 090118 and 090118-2 can be safely ignored, and the latest verified
version is 090118-3.

The SVN repository is as always the most updated, having two more code
updates since the release of the 090118-3 nightly, containing improvements
in the way the tabs control parts of the program as well as subtitle
editing. I'm planning to have the latest SVN code at midnight (GMT+2) be
released as a nightly so that everyone can test it, although once again I
recommend that everyone that's interested in staying up-to-date gets an SVN
checkout folder set-up on their computer, as I won't always be able to
release nightlies in timely fashion, while updating the SVN only requires a
few clicks.
