#11 Toolbar

I think we have enough buttons to create a proper main toolbar now. IMHO the menubar should contain all of the open save buttons, the player control buttons and the quick add and edit buttons. If this goes ahead I'd be happy to make some icons with photoshop provided that you give me the specifications
