#165 Window decoration hides dialog title

WIndow decoration (the maximize button which shows up
in embeddeddialogtest and embeddeddialogtest2 tests)
will overlap the dialog title bar text if the window is
resized appropriately. The decoration will need to be
recoded to do not user absolute layout and maybe use
flow css style. Also in Mozilla 1.7.5 and Firefox 1.0
the bottom edge of the maximize button is not within
the titlebar and it either is not visible or it is
displayed in dialog area.
