#151 Preprint doc template - Doesnt' check access rights

I have user which has only right to view everything and
nothing else. When I try to preprint document template
(tried only quick print but I am sure Advanced print
will behave the same) the document preprints. I have no
right to do so and you shouldn't allow me to do so.
