#150 Document Edit/View/Quick view - GUI inconsistencies

View document
1. Review required says yes instead of Yes
2. Status and approval should have icon next to each other.
3. Recieved is misspelled, should be Received
4. Document doesn't show category (to which document
template belongs). Should be also hyperlink to show
details.
5. Pages tab, the icon to show field is the same as
search, we need new icon. Show details buttons is too
close to the icon
6. Once the document is received Expected pages tab
doesn't make sense, we should rename it to something
else (Receive history?)
7. Audi log tab has extra white space between table and
button/checkboxes
8. Edit button has text too close to the icon
9. Reviews tab is missing postpone button for
postponing timers.

Quick view
1. The icons/buttons are different than the icons on
View document tab. Also on View document the buttons
are always right from the combo, here they are left and
right. Also on the first page nad last page the not
applicable button is hidden and not disabled as on View
document.. Also the button is too close to the edge of
the page.
2. View button should be probably called something
else, such as View details
3. We should also add Edit button here

Edit document.

5. The page preview doesn't stretch all the way to the
bottom of the tab.

7. On Pages tab controls under thumbnails are not centered.
