#149 Document Edit/View - Image doesn't scroll to show field

I view Edit Document Field Value tab. I click on a
fields which is also on the page. The field is off the
screen. The preview should be able to scroll the image
so that the field is visible when user selects it or
tabs to it or clicks on it.

The scrolling can be done by modifying css or DOM (?)
properties scrollXXX. We are already doing it in list
implementation
