#148 Document View - actual page thumbnail not selected

On View document, Pages tab select Show details. You
will see that the actual page (1st) is not selected (no
radio button is selected)

The thumbnail list doesn't have the previous/next
(maybe the iframe is too listtle and it is hidden)

Another one: I display first page by clicking on radio
button. Then in the list I change 10 to All and click
Show. When the list refreshed the first page radion
button is no longer selected.
