#142 Index page - Tab 1,2,3 - Doesn't work in Mozilla

In Mozilla the layout for indexing pages is completely
messed up and page cannot be indexed. The layout may
need to be completely rethought, e.g. by putting batch
list out of the bototm frame and in between the list
and the indexing page.
