#137 Index page - Tab 1 - Hyperlink should show the File dialog

When I click on the file name hyperlink (and the
selected file should be a hyperlink) on Index Page tab
1 dialog we should show the details about file (View
File?). Do we show it in new window or do we switch the
GUI to the File tab or do we just show it in that
frame? We should have button to go back to the previous
Index page screen.
