#136 Index page - Tab 1 - Hyperlink should show the Document dlg

When I click on the document template name hyperlink
(and the selected document should be a hyperlink) on
Index Page tab 1 dialog we should show the details
about document (View Document?). Do we show it in new
window or do we switch the GUI to the Document tab or
do we just show it in that frame? We should have button
to go back to the previous Index page screen.
