#134 Index page - Tab 1 - Hyperlink should show the Entity dialog

I should have button next to the Entity combo or
hyperlink on Entity name and when I click it we should
show the details about entity (Edit Entity dialog?). Do
we show it in new window or do we switch the GUI to the
Entity tab or do we just show it in that frame? We
should have button to go back to the previous Index
Page screen.
