#11 Couple SU north angle to E+ north angle

This is a feature request to couple the SketchUp north angle (Window/Model Info/Location/Solar Orientation) to the EnergyPlus north angle. It would be nice to have them seamlessly coupled the same way that geographic location is coupled.
