Subject: Open Studio/Sketchup Scripting issue fix discovered
Dan
I went up to the edge of re-installing Vista, but luckily chickened out and figured out what was
hobbling me from running Sketchup with all the features operational.
I switched off User Access Control (UAC) thinking this might interfere with scripting access just as it does
me running apps. This change required Reboot.
The load scripting worked properly and the Energy Plus toolbars were now visible...and Open Studio plugin
was visible when UAC switched off.
I switched on UAC, rebooted, and Voila.....Energy Plus toolbars not visible and Open Studio plugin not visible.
Thought your group would be interested, and maybe could post in case others have this issue on Vista.
Best,
Keith Vosburgh
