The promised precompiled SteerTest executable for Windows is now available. It comes packaged with the glut32.dll it needs. Other release files are as previously described:

This is the first official release of OpenSteer, a C++ library and application to help build steering behaviors for autonomous characters in games and animation. This is a source-only release. This code has been compiled and run on Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. For more detail, see the home page: http://opensteer.sourceforge.net/
The code for OpenSteer 0.7 is in the CVS repository. A patch has already been proposed, see the Open Discussion forum. An initial release is expected Real Soon Now.
