#2 Win32 distro needs two MS DLLs.
Two redistributable DLLs are needed by and should ship
with the OpenSteer demo: "MSVCP71.DLL" and
"MSVCR71.DLL". These are the C++ and C standard
libraries for Microsoft Visual C/C++ 7.
They're not supposed to be installed; they're supposed
to go in the application directory, according to Microsoft.
