Summary: If no NameServer, Architecture Manager gives Runtime Error
Initial Comment:
If the NameServer is not running and the user attempts
to start the Architecture Manager from the Commmander
Tools menu then a "Runtime Error!" will be generated
due to access violations. A reasonable error ought to
be given.
If the NameServer has been previously running and the
Architecture Manager used from the Commander then later
running the Architecture Manager will display but with
an empty network - this is probably the correct behavior.
