It's been a long time since I've any luck finding it online. :-( I think we're at the point where we can safely say that using the Windows 2003 Server SP1 Platform SDK is OK: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A55B6B43-E24F-4EA3-A93E-40C0EC4F68E5&displaylang=en I'm not sure about building OmniORB 3.2.5 with this though - I seem to remember having to make some small fix ... If I find it in my notes I'll post it here. You probably shouldn't try OmniORB 4 though - Mark Elam reported that although it can be made to build, it doesn't work for some reason he hasn't sussed yet... unless he has an update? Are you building from the CVS HEAD? If so I'll put some effort tomorrow into getting the stuff commited so that you don't need to fight with STLport ...
