A few points:
 - You are on the wrong mailing list - this has nothing to do with
   the "development" of OpenSTA and everything to do with its use,
   and therefore should be on the OpenSTA-users mailing list.
 - If anyone could provide you such items then legally they shouldn't
   really because of their licensing terms.
 - These documents are now so out of date that there usefulness is
   very questionable.
