Developer's mailing list - a list for OpenSTA Developer discussions. 
For questions and discussions concerning the use and limited support of 
OpenSTA you should post on the OpenSTA User's mailing list.

Also, you may want to review the FAQ first before posting a question as 
simple as this to the User's list.  The FAQ is located here:

through this document you will find the help that you need.
