Jari, You need to drag and drop the collector onto a new task group (e.g drop on the cell row 2, column "Task 1") in your test to create a task group dedicated to running the collector. Once you have done this, click on the "start" column of the new task group and assign values for "start task group" (usually immediately) and the stop time (set to the duration of your test). Tests that include a collector typically have a minimum of two task groups, one to run the script(s) and one to run the collector.
