Congratulations, it looks like you've found what you were looking for (a bug or performance bottleneck), and it's time to start debugging.

What I like to do is to try to reproduce the same problem in a browser while OpenSTA is running.  That makes the problem look much more real to your stakeholders, and helps to rule an OpenSTA bug causing the problem.  One other thing I do is to edit OpenSTA's config file to bump up its timeout, so I can continue to track response times as they get longer.
