I suspect that parts of the script are failing intermittently. The first thing I would do is add code to the script to verify the results of all primary get/put operations. There is a decent article at http://portal.opensta.org/index.php?name=3DNews&file=3Darticle&sid=3D40 that gives an example of checking results. The bottom line is that you should not assume all is going as it did when you recorded, and that runtime verification is, IMHO, absolutely required. Another possible explanation is that the server is rejecting valid orders due to being too busy. Check application and database logs for errors (rollbacks, server to busy errors).
