[OpenSTA-users] Error compiling SCL script

Hello, everyone.

I've just installed OpenSTA.
I recorded SCL script using Script Modeler.
When I try to compile this script using 'Replay' or 'Syntax Check'
buttons in Script Modeler or using scl.exe I alway get the same error:

scl: error (openout), Error Opening SCRIPT_NAME.TOF as Output
-Invalid argument

OS: Windows Vista Business
OpenSTA 1.4.3.20
