#345 Possibly invalid proxy setup assumption

When gateway sets up its proxy for recording purposes it assumes that the proxy setting is on a per user basis. This may not be so in some locked down environments, for example domains. It is possible using group policy to set the proxy on a machine basis. If this is so then the proxy settings are stored in an area of the registry where gateway does not look. This means that the proxy setup to allow recording has to be input manually into IE.
