now- i'm testing and fixing bugs in ISUP parser, cause I have found a few against actual telephone signalling

1. ISUP parser is in a progress of testing against real PSTN operator. I'm using it for SIP<->ISUP interworking prototyping. During the testing I have found some errors withing Q773 message descriptions.
2. MAP is not implemented... no time to do that in the nearest future :-(

The stack looks nice, but a few questions, is this stack tested anywhere, on which hardware, is MAP also implemented, or planned?
