#4 method definition handling

There are some serious problems with the method panel in the
openSputnik GUI; while a method can be created without problems, the
deletion of an existing method breaks the client. Additionally, if a
method is defined that utilises parameters that are not specified by a
flag then the whole thing gets a little ugly and breaks!
