Getting Started

The OpenSPP project is up and rolling. The initial team consists of Jean-Francois Mule as "product owner", Dean Willis as "ScrumMaster", and a design and development team including ken Cartwright (lead author of the the SPPP specification), jeremy Barkan, Vijay Joshi, David Schwartz, Syed Ali, Mickael Marrache, and Samuel Melloul.

We're using a basic Scrum methodology adapted for a more distributed team, and currently working on nailing down a systems architecture. We should note that Mickael and Samuel have been working on an implementation, and that we hope to reuse much of their methodology and code base.
