Getting Started
The OpenSPP project is up and rolling. The initial team consists of Jean-Francois Mule as "product owner", Dean Willis as "ScrumMaster", and a design and development team including Ken Cartwright (lead author of the the SPPP specification), jeremy Barkan, Vijay Joshi, David Schwartz, Syed Ali, Mickael Marrache, Sumanth Channabasappa, and Samuel Melloul.

We're using a basic Scrum methodology adapted for a more distributed team, and currently working on nailing down a systems architecture. We should note that Mickael and Samuel have been working on an implementation, and that we hope to reuse much of their methodology and code base.
