[OpenSPP-project] Canceled: Proposed OpenSPP technical review talk for today

I'm afraid we won't have critical mass for the planned technical review call today. Vijay's "day job" advanced his training schedule, Jeremy seems to have lost prep time with a trip to the hospital, and I haven't been able to pull their feedback together sufficiently myself to be able to do it justice.
