[OpenSPP-project] Shall we announce OpenSPP to DRINKS?

Now that we're moving along and have a framework, we may want to bring the DRINKS working group's attention to OpenSPP. 

While it's doubtful that anybody will jump in to help with the code, we might start getting some interest in testing and review.


If we're going to do this, how shall we proceed? Any of us could reasonably introduce the project on the DRINKS mailing list. But it's possible that our stakeholders might have some sort of preferred approach...
