OSWiki 0.3.7 released

OSWiki is a wiki based on the open source model of article development. Instead of allowing any one to edit and release any article, users must first prove themselves by making useful contributions. If the user proves trustworthy, she will gain more and more privileges.

Notes:
__________

Skipped some releases. Several times in a row, right after I tagged a release I found a critical bug, and couldn't release.

After this release, OSWiki will change its name to Lohimedia, since the name OSWiki is already taken by another opensource project.

Added to the testing framework.

Fixed an application error when editing new articles.

Fixed delete article bug.

Fixed infinite loop bug.

Fixed an unexpected nil when merging.

Fixed more merge errors.

Changed to use article_controller.rb

Fixed bug 1459506: Created a new diff algorithm.

Seemed to have fixed all of the merge application errors.

Updated some fixtures.
