OSWiki 0.3.1 released

OSWiki is a wiki based on the open source model of article development. Instead of allowing any one to edit and release any article, users must first prove themselves by making useful contributions. If the user proves trustworthy, she will gain more and more privileges.

Goals:
http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=31923&group_id=159882

Notes:
__________

Changes are implemented. Everyone will not be able to edit a development directly. Instead a change will be created when a you edit a development. Later, someone else, with at least Committer status, must merge your changes into the development. You will then receive karma for every line merged into the development, and you'll lose karma for every line not merged in.

OSWiki now has a configuration table to allow you to configure the site from a webpage.

You can now view diffs between developments, release candidates and releases.

The user data update bug is fixed.

Added admin pages.

Release Candidates now have ratings instead of accept or reject.

We are still looking for more developers interested in learning Ruby on Rails.

Website
___________

We now have a website running OSWiki:
