#9 New report for specific discounts

this patch contains a new report type called 'specific discount'. It allows the user to make a listing of all sales in a certain period that had at least the specifried amount of discount on on of the items involved.

we use this to track sales that were used for our own or given away to friends. At the end of the year the bookkeeper needs an overview of these 'gifts'. In this case this reports can give a quick and clean overview of the totals.

Ok forgot to add a language label in english + removed my own modifications to config.php in the patch
