When starting add items all qty fields show the correct qty. After adding an item all qty go to 0. All other updates appear to work ok.

I also noticed this bug. Thanks for reporting. This should be fixed in latest HEAD on github. See https://github.com/jekkos/opensourcepos/commit/99a804c1acb92e9b2266f78046e12dafcd5d02d6
