#14 Prevent from sale deleted items
This patch prevent you from try to sale a deleted item. If you have configured the barcode for an item and you delete it in the Items tab, you can still sale it going to 'Sales' tab and scanning the barcode. It also applies to any other code configured for an item.
To prevent that, this patch add a rule to exclude the deleted items from been added to the cart.
