Modify our current DB Connection pooling code so that we are more efficient in the number of DB connections in use.
Modify our current threading code in EmailListGenerator and in MergeSend so that we can be more efficient in the number of threads in use.
Help us make the KFBounceServlet more useful by adding the ability to determine if a bounce message indicates a fatal problem (i.e. user unknown) or an intermittent problem (i.e. user mailbox full).
