#68 Opensong ver 2.1 full Turkish translation

Dear sir,

Attached is the full OpenSong ver 2.1 Turkish translation.

I M P O R T A N T N O T E: I made the poor choice of uploading my previous translation ver. 1.7 directly to OpenSong website from where anonymous person appropriated it (Ticket #65).

I hope that my translation will be included to your official release for the benefit of all Turkish believers.
