#26 Implementing better support for international characters

Hi Excellent component

We use this software extensively throughout our web-
shop and associated software.

We have though been through som problems in the last
version concerning international characters (danish
æøå) in subject and filenames.

I have implemented som changes in attachment.cs and
mailmessage.cs and mailencode.cs to ensure correct
encoding of the filename. The subject solution was
corrected through another entry i the bugtracker on
opensmtp.net

I have enclosed a full c sharp project (zipped).

I dont really know if the changes i have made are
fulle rfc compliant but i thought others would be
interested in thes fixes.
