#17 Other encodings than QP

Hi Ian, First I want to say that this is a very good
module. Much better than Microsoft's CDO solution.

But I would like to see that you also support other
encodings than QP for the message body.

So I've included my changes. It's based on 1.09.7.

I've added a contentTransferEncoding property to the
mailmessage.

I'm not sure that what I did is 100% correct, but I use it
in a production server with a mailinglist of 10000 emails a
day. Haven't got a single complaint yet.

I hope you can use these changes.
