#50 Exception when sending mail with attachment <= 2 bytes

Hi!

I got an exception in MailEncoder.cs (Line 99) when I try
to add an attachment with size less or equal 2 bytes.

Error Line:
len = inputStream.Read(bin, 0, (int)inputStream.Length);

Don't known how to work around except to prevent
sending small files.
