Bug 151: Fix memory corruption due to possible overflow in SLPFoldWhiteSpace

Add basic unit test framework and a few tests for slp_compare.c

Minor typecasts and other changes required for a clean 64-bit windows build.

Made changes so Visual studio express 2005 would build openslp again.

Convert from use of __USE_UNIX98 to AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS. Fixed one warning.

Update to introduce indexing of service types and attributes to improve search performance when the daemon has a large number (hundreds) of services.
Indexing is optional, and controlled by the configuration file.
Predicate searching has been refactored to pre-parse the predicate and the attributes, so even non-indexed searches should see a speed-up.

Added darwin support code
Added net.slp.appendLog to determine whether or not slpd appends to the existing slpd.log file.

Mostly cosmetic tweaks which allow the windows project to be able to build.

Implement "multi-unicast" for IPv4 - find a spanning list of DAs that, together, support all the scopes, and search all of them by unicast in parallel.
A minor performance fix to the multicast convergence code - the RFC says convergence will stop when no replies are received in a convergence interval, but the code always went to the timeout, so implement this (subject to a minimum of two iterations).
Use a different timeval variable for the TCP retry code within a multicast request to avoid corrupting the multicast timeout.
