#13 can't login after install

I installed openSIS and created an admin account during install. After install it says "Incorrect username or password. Please try again" when I try to login. I checked the DB and the admin account is there in the STAFF table.

I figured out the problem: the year in field 'syear' in the STAFF table was set to 2009 for the admin user. I changed it to 2010 and now I can login. This must have been set as part of the database creation/installation routine. It should probably be set to the year the user indicates during installation.

Same for me

After installing opensis 6.4 cant login using the defined username and password. Please why this and how to solve ?
Installation is completed successfully and i can access Mysql DB and all prerequisites services are running but i never login to the system !!
