#72 Opensis 6.4 install problem

I am trying to do a test install of opensis 6.1 community edition on Bitnami XAMPP 7.1.11-0 on OSX 10.11.6 and running into these errors

This install has no rights to create or update file Data.php.

You may proceed with this installation, but database access information will not be saved and
the install process will restart when trying to use this system again.

It is recommended to solve all permission issue before performing the installation.

Thanks I've got a test version running on both osx and Linux. Will post
more detailed info later.
